past may not work as well for you now.
As long as you operate out of habit, you will limit your ability to fully
experience, appreciate, and enjoy your gift of life.
By acting out of habit, you will replay the same life dramas over and
over again. The characters and settings may vary, but the outcomes
generally will be the same.
Life may be one damn thing after another, but it does not have to be the
same damn thing over and over again.
Your gremlin will sometimes very subtly convince you that operating
out of habit is for your own safety. Notice, however, that if you opt for your
habitual behavior patterns time after time, you will begin to feel bored,
discontented, possibly depressed, and eventually empty. Empty is what your
gremlin wants most for you. Once there, your gremlin has you at the
threshold of your demise.
