                     Go back into your imagination and again call up the image of the
                person you have been visualizing. In your mind’s eye, notice and then
                vividly describe to your loved one the physical experience of feeling
                love for them. Do so slowly.


                     Then, with your eyes still closed, inhale and exhale slowly and then
                imagine this person saying your name. He or she may, in real life, call
                you by one or more names or endearments. Imagine your loved one

                saying them all. You may or may not hear his or her actual voice, but
                you will be able to feel the resonance of it. Notice your experience as
                you imagine them speaking your name. Pay special attention to your
                breathing and the area surrounding your heart. Rejoin me whenever
                you like. Close your eyes and begin now.
