Tomasz Brzeziński - an Attorney-at-law and Partner at the Wawrzynowicz &

Tomasz has dedicated his career to providing legal assistance to companies in
the energy sector, specializing in "Fuel and energy" law since 2007. He has

extensive experience in regulatory support for gas system operators and other
gas companies operating within the gas market, including:

Tomasz is also the co-author of the Regulations for the Provision of Storage
Services and the Storage Code approved by the President of the Energy
Regulatory Office (2022).
He has been involved in large consulting projects and legislative initiatives
related to regulations for the gas sector, focusing on the diversification of gas
supply sources, strengthening Poland's energy security, and tariff solutions for
new energy infrastructure.
For many years Tomasz has provided legal support and participated in
developing conceptual and legislative solutions for growing markets of
decarbonized and low-emission gas fuels, such as biomethane, CNG, and
hydrogen. This includes participating in consulting projects conducted for the
Gas Industry Chamber of Commerce and working within teams established at
the Ministry of Climate and Environment under the Sector Agreement on the
development of the hydrogen economy in Poland.
