5. Preparation of a legal analysis for the Ministry of Climate and Environment regarding national regulatory
solutions in the area of energy efficiency in the context of ensuring compliance with EU law of the
exemplary role of the public sector in the field of energy efficiency (in connection with the revision of
Directive 2012/27/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on energy efficiency) – completed
in September 2023.

6. Preparation of a legal analysis for the Ministry of Climate and Environment regarding the implementation
of substantive solutions regarding the Energy Efficiency Act, together with the design of legal provisions,
in connection with the revision of Directive 2012/27/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council
on energy efficiency - completed in December 2023.

7. Preparation for the Chamber of Commerce of Gas Industry of proposals for amendments to the
draft Hydrogen and gas market decarbonization package (2022).
8. Preparation of legal analyses for the SSO on legislative drafts constituting the EU Hydrogen-Gas Package
(2022-2024).

9. Preparation of a legal analysis for the Gas Chamber of Commerce regarding the assessment of key
legislative proposals submitted as part of the Fit for 55 Package, relevant to the gas industry (2021).
The performance of some of the works mentioned above may be documented by reference letters signed by
the entities commissioning their performance.
