Dr. Anish Cheriyan











                                                             Anish Cheriyan has wide Experience in ICT &
                                                       Automotive Domains. He is associated with Harman
                                                  Automotive  as Global Head- Quality and Engineering
                                             Tools. Prior to joining Harman, He has been associated with
                                         organizations like Huawei, Hewlett Packard and others in past.
                                     Anish has extensively worked in Large Scale Products & Platforms
                                  with focus on Quality, Tools and Agility. In Past, He has consulted teams
                              across various global R&D Centers for Quality, DevOps & Continuous
                           Delivery deployment.


                      Anish is Chair- American Society of Quality- ASQ (Bangalore LMC), Executive
                   Council Member-BSPIN and an IEEE member. He has been an Active Volunteer for
                Agile India, Agile Test Alliance, ASQ and other communities. He has organized various
              meetups at Industry level and also Active speaker in various industry forums.

          Anish has completed Doctorate Research (PhD) in Software Quality Assurance and has also
        filed patents in India Patent office and WIPO. He also holds Masters Degree in Computer
      Applications.




     Words from Speaker:

     I was invited by NIQC international and DN Business Excellence yesterday where I gave talk on
     'Quality 4.0 and Quality by Discovery'. I am sharing few points from the presentation. We have
     heard Industry 4.0 and how the new technologies are supporting in changing the Industry
     landscape.


     In this talk, I shared my perspective of Continuous QMS using the new tools and technologies
     related to Big Data, Cloud, AI/ML and others for constantly improving the Quality Management
     System (QMS).

     QMS is not just about the process asset library in a central place. It is about the learning
     organization which constantly improves the process, culture, technology and thereby the
     products/platform and services.


     Quality by Discovery is about the data collection from different data sources in the organization,
     aggregation and ability to make quick decisions. This would help in identifying the right areas to
     focus and capture the opportunities for growth and improvement.


     The event and award ceremony is a trend setter in these virtual times.
