Anna B Thomas

Anna is high performance driven, versatile and
an energized professional with 16+ years of strategic
hands on experience in delivering operational excellence
transformation, continuous improvement and change
management programs and initiatives along with being a is a
people leader. She carries more than a decade of experience in the
Lean Six Sigma and has diverse experience working across IT, operations
and banking.

She currently works as Senior Associate Director in Operational Excellence at
KPMG Global Services leading & coaching Transformation, Continuous
Improvement & Projects across various business verticals.
She is a certified MBTI practitioner, PMP, Master Black Belt in Lean Management &
LSS Black Belt from North Caroline State University.

Established Lean CoE at SGGSC , Continuous Improvement Leader to the CEO, Introduction
of Lean Six Sigma certification's across the organization, Change management – Promote a
culture of constant monitoring and evaluation, questioning the status –quo along with
performance oriented and client centric culture & Global Consulting projects across US, France,
China, Vietnam and South Africa Anna loves travelling, studying various culture and history.
