Sudarshan has over 30 years of work experience of
which the last 25 years has been with the firm. He is
focused on Financial Advisory & related Services.

As TMT Industry leader for Deloitte India, Sudarshan leads the
Technology Media and Telecom industry initiatives, and represents the
firm in various domestic and global industry fora. Sudarshan has been an
active member of various forums like Nasscom, Indo-American Chamber of
Commerce, etc. where he has contributed with his ideas and initiatives in
fostering innovation, development of cross-geography business opportunities and
creating a better business ecosystem that can facilitate early stage firms in particular.

He has been a jury member in various prestigious panels like Nasscom Innovation Award.
As a mentor for a large number of early stage businesses to help them in formulating their
growth strategy and addressing their funding requirement

Subhasis Das

Mr. Subhasis Das has 18+ years of work experience in
Business Transformation, Process Excellence, Process
Design, Business Process Consulting and Program Management
in various domains like Insurance, Finance & Accounting, Credit
Cards and Retail Banking.

He has rich experience and proficiency in managing and attaining Cost
Savings and Productivity Improvement targets for the organization as well as
delivering continuous improvement in the Quality of Service. Proven expertise in
Lean, Six Sigma, Quality Management, Environment Management, Change
Management and Project Management across multiple geographies and cultures.

He has led or managed improvement initiatives in 15+ countries. He possesses excellent
leadership and people management skills and the ability to simplify complex problems.)
