Sapphire Award

NIQC International introduced the prestigious
Sapphire Award to honour its internal customers for
their exceptional performance. This award is given
quarterly and it's purely based on employee's extraordinary
performance, initiatives, work-ethics, and leadership qualities.

The year 2020 did not have a good start for many personally and
professionally due to the pandemic issue and was difficult for many
organizations to sustain the situation. NIQC International was no different it
sustained through the tough times with a lot of new ideas and services to serve its
customers. One such idea or change was moving from a classroom environment to a
completely online environment, which also meant that we needed a leader who can
take care of the training and adapt to the new environment quickly.

This is where NIQC International got lucky to have someone like Ms. Shillaja Ottur. She not
only took charge of the training and adapted well to the new environment but also added in a
lot of value in terms of improvising the training material, creating Excel based templates to help
analyze data replacing Minitab and training delivery style by making it more interesting and
interactive. She also gave a huge contribution in terms of the DN Business excellence awards by
motivating and guiding us through various phases of the event from helping us through the flow of
the event to its successful completion. She was the key for us getting a lot of entries for the award
where she had motivated many of the NIQC students to submit their project

NIQC International & DN Incorporation are very thankful to her and expresses their gratitude for
all her contributions by honouring her with the prestigious Sapphire Award for the Quarter (July-
August & September 2020). Thank you Shilaja for being a part of the core NIQC & DN Inc. family
and uplifting its values.
