Platinum Winner

Madhu and Nagraj have presented their 5S
project very uniquely. They have created an entire
training docket and an Implementation docket for their 5S
project. They have taken the trouble to actually do a detailed
training of the five stages of doing a 5S initiative. The training
material is very detailed and highly illustrated with live examples
from factory floors which shows the significance of using this
methodology.

This is followed by a detailed presentation of how they used this concept on their
factory floor to ensure that the Fastners being used are stored as per 5S methodology
for the purpose of ease of access and to avoid accidents.

Madhu was the presenter of this project and she was quick to appreciate the training
provided at NIQC which helped her learn and implement this at her work area very
successfully.
