Beautification Report – The "YARD OF THE MONTH" in Shenandoah Estates for January is 16058 Haynes Bluff. They will receive a $25 gift certificate from Cleggs Nursery. Congratulations! Residents are reminded that they can nominate yards for “Yard of the Month” on the website.
We still have $500 in the Beautification budget for this year.
Entrance Committee Report – Sandy Smith – Sandy and Don met with landscape architect Ryan McKnight. He is also doing the new signs for Villa del Rey subdivision. He will give us a price and some preliminary drawings by end of month. He was recommended by Pinnacle Construction, the company we had met with to talk about constructing the sign.
