As I watched, it was obvious to me that the Fussy Ferret knew very little about how to get his own food. He did not even know how to make a home for himself. And as far as keeping clean, well let’s just say that when he was at the bottom of the tree, I flew up to the top of the tree to get away from the smell.
I could tell that the mother ferret was concerned and disappointed. Just as any parent would feel when they know that their child is not learning what they need to learn to be successful.
The months passed and nothing changed. The Fussy Ferret continued to fuss and did only what he wanted to do. As the weather start to turn cool, the mother ferret gathered her children and had a family meeting.
