plexed with what he had just witnessed, the wise man’s grandson, who were with
him in that afternoon, asks:
— Grandfather, you have always been a role model of honesty and integrity,
and always taught me no to lie, but you have lied to both travelers! You gave the
same answer to completely different cities.
— No, my grandson, I did not lie. Our city is not different than any other
city. All cities are the same, with both rude and lovely people, with opportunities
and challenges. What determines if a city is good or bad is the way you look
at it.
You carry your city within you!
It does not matter the place, if the essence of the people is good,
it makes the place good and the challenges pleasant. You choose to
carry failure or success within you.
