José Paulo – Ideal Decision José Paulo – Ideal Decision

Consistency is the bridge between objectives and achievements.
To do what needs to be done to achieve a result. Obtaining things
immediately, with shortcuts, not following a process, a detailed
path, and a daily construction, will surely lead to failure.

I say with all certainty that if we compare * inconsistency * with
an economic crisis, we will find that inconsistency leads to much
more bankrupted entrepreneurs. Consistency generates knowledge
on a daily basis, because if there is an obstacle now, there may be
a bigger one ahead and if you do not deal the actual obstacle you
may have bigger problems in the future and do not know how to
 handle them.

Another important subject is the consistency of purpose. You
must always be a generator of innovation and upgrades. Customers
always expect better services, investors expect good new results and
your employees expect new opportunities and growth. INTEGRITY
Consistency shows you have a clear view of the future, goals,
objectives, challenges, resources, and contribution in people’s lives.
By doing so, you can establish a solid work base setting the pace,
whether it is a small business or a millionaire group.

Do not confuse consistency with determination. During the
journey, some things may not work out, or may not go as planned
and that is when consistency enters. You cannot let your guard
down, the boxer who wins the fight is not always the one who hits
the most, but the one who stands.

There is a particularly important point I want you to know: the-
re are genius, intelligent and creative people, and these are fantastic
characteristics, but they do not assure success. However, when you
observe successful people you will surely notice something in com-
mon between them: consistency, discipline, and persistency.
