INTEGRITY

I want to reflect with you, the reader, on the main pillar of
success: integrity, that in its essence is about the quality of people’s
right and fair conduct, something complete. A word that describes
someone honorable, who acts with transparency and candor.

To me, integrity is something complete, whole, that does not
have two sides, that always stays the same at any place and time.

One of the things that strikes me most is the meaning of the
word integrity in Hebrew, one of the meanings of the word in that
language is: “what is sincere in heart and intention, what is true,
what is right”.
Integrity is the base to any healthy and lasting human rela-
tionship, whether it is professional or personal, because everyone
wants to relate to someone who is truthful at any place.

It is fearful to relate to someone who acts one way in your pre-
sence and another one in your absence. In reality, you will not be
relating to an upright, whole person, because this person changes
personalities according to the place and the people present in that
moment.

An upright person’s actions inspire confidence, communicates
to one’s speech and good fruits, to the roots one creates wherever
goes and leaves doors always open. There is no successful person
without integrity; if one is not just is an opportunist and will not
be successful.
