            repeated and felt. Start compiling a list of everything you can think of

            that you are grateful for, then add to the list every day. Use this list in
            the morning and before bed to get into the practice of being grateful.

            After a while, you won’t even need the list again. It would have become
            a part of you.


                A few sincere words of gratitude  can invoke tears of joy  from  the
            person being appreciated. The satisfaction and fulfillment from being

            filled with gratitude are comparable to the richest and most satisfying
            of human emotions.


                Before you flip off this section unto the next, bear in mind that you
            will be considered as being wise not only when you are grateful for the

            comfort that you have, but for the gratitude, you show on behalf of those
            who have it when you actually don’t have it. This gives an assurance

            that, in so doing, yours is right on the way.
