Clean and Gently Used: Clothing, Shoes, Socks, Toys, Books

Rules for Packing Donated Items:
We have been asked by the trucking company that you pack donations in boxes or suitcases (NO
bags will be accepted; they shift and come apart in transit). If the boxes or suitcases are for
children, please label “Women Veterans/Children”.

Labeling of Boxes:
The boxes MUST be labeled using a large black marker on the side of the box stating “Women
Veterans”, contents, and quantities. No specific size box is required.

Suitcases May Be Used to Pack Donated Items:
The list of the contents and quantity of the donated items MUST be written on a piece of paper and
put inside the suitcase. No specific suitcase size is required.
