A restaurant like no other, Kathton House occupies a quirky historical
building on the outskirts of Canterbury, and has been a staple of
Kent’s dining scene for over twelve years.

unhurried atmosphere is created in which diners can fully take in the

and the classy interior is complemented by elegant lighting. On
warmer days, the garden is a delightful spot for a summery al fresco
meal.

The menu changes every four weeks to reflect the very best of the
season. Everything is made fresh in-house, from the bread to the
ice-cream, and ingredients are sourced locally from quality Kent pro-
ducers and delivered fresh to the door every morning.
Head chef Nicky is in his element, assembling flavoursome dishes of
all kinds and showing attention to detail, from perfect presentation to
delicate flavour combinations.
The front of house manager Dylan and the friendly team’s priority is to
ensure that guests enjoy their meal and their time in the restaurant.
