TIME DURATION (MAX /MIN) GOAL: ASSIGNED CLASS DAY
Facilitators are required to present, lead, facilitate, and review the assigned topics. The facilitators will use
and apply the reading material/concepts for this assignment.
þ Upload your PowerPoint® and any additional handout materials (if applicable) to the CANVAS®
Facilitator assignment folder prior to the start of the class session, e.g., due date/time.
þ The student facilitators will facilitate one-class topic/discussion on book club, marketing textbook assigned
reading key concepts, and assigned case with a supplement marketing article review. The student facilitators will
share with the class how they reviewed the assigned reading for the day (overview) and questions. The students
should give specific examples to explain the reasons for their answers.
[Note: Include the question (on one slide) and your response (on the following slide). Your goal first is to have the class share
and discuss their responses before sharing your response.]
þ The student facilitators will be required to ready to discuss the course “assigned” chapter questions.
Furthermore, discuss the book club, case readings and relevant and current marketing article review regarding
the topic.
þ The student facilitators are NOT required to submit a word document for the facilitator assignment. The
facilitator is only required to submit PowerPoint® to CANVAS®.
þ Professional business attire is expected.
þ Set-up: The student facilitators must be ready to present prior to the start of class. Please upload your
PowerPoint® to CANVAS® prior to the class session.
þ Missed assignments cannot be made up. Students with a valid excuse (e.g., medical) for missing the
assignment may make-up by arrangement. Students who miss the assignment deadline without an acceptable
excuse will receive a zero.
