                   WHAT IS TIME MANAGEMENT?


                    This may be referred to simply as the management of activities,

                       tasks or jobs during a given period of time to achieve maximum

                       benefits.


                    Time management therefore plays a critical role in the discharge

                       of duties to our customers. One needs to plan ahead at all times.


                   CHARACTERISTICS OF TIME


                    It is limited, finite and scarce


                    It has to be managed as it cannot be stored of saved i.e.. It is

                       Irreplaceable


                    Its passage is constant due to  competing demands


                    Time is MONEY


                    It can be wasted





               SYMPTOMS OF POOR TIME MANAGEMENT


                    Arriving at meetings and other appointments-ALWAYS  LATE


                    Starting numerous projects without COMPLETING MANY OF THEM


                    Letting your MIND WANDER & Interfere with efforts to

                       concentrate
