               Etiquette & Customer Service

               WHAT IS ETIQUETTE?

Etiquette is the rules about how people treat each other in formal

               situations.

The common name for etiquette is MANNERS, the simple behaviors we

agree to show each other to convey respect.

What Are The Simple Ways To Express Good Manners? “please”, “thank

               you”, “sorry”, establish eye contact.

 Being Rude can affect business.

 Are most people aware of the fact that they are rude?

In today’s competitive world one cannot afford to be rude to

                   customers.

What will you say if you don’t hear a question asked by a client?.

                    Pardon me?

 I’m sorry can you please repeat what you said?

                    Excuse me?

It is very RUDE to ask a customer to Exercise Patience. No matter the

“please” “sir/madam” it is still rude. Kindly avoid the use of “Exercise

               Patience”.
