“To do” lists are simple but they are also very powerful and
effective as a tool because they have two effects :
They get you organized as they make sure you don’t forget what
needs to be done
Secondly, they can greatly reduce the amount of stress and worry
that you have, by literally taking things off your mind (and placing
it on paper).
