                    “To do” lists are simple but they are also very powerful and
                       effective as a tool because they have two effects :



                    They get you organized as they make sure you don’t forget what
                       needs to be done



                    Secondly, they can greatly reduce the amount of stress and worry
                       that you have, by literally taking things off your mind (and placing

                       it on paper).
