A Great Turn Out For The 14 Annual Mark
Golf Day
Fifty two golfers met at the Isle of Wedmore Golf Club for the
John Mansell 14th annual Mark Golf day. After a month of poor weather the Terry Hulbert
Longest Drive day was gloriously sunny and the course in great shape, un- Nr Pin on 9th
like most of the golfers!
The event is always a very enjoyable, fun day’s golf, well sup-
ported by Somerset and Wiltshire brethren.
Our new Provincial Grand Master Phil Voisey joined us (must
get him to play) to present the prizes. Well done to all those
who won a prize and a very special thank you to the very hard
working organisers Eric Kellett and Richard Stone.
The Results:
Individual stableford completion
First Place and winner of the PGM’s Shield - Chris Rendall
Dave Dixon with a commendable 37 points Team Stone
Nr Pin in 2 Second Place - Jim Gooding, the Wiltshire Lad! with 36 points. Runners Up
