D. Staff Setup

a. Open Menu Barà”Staff”à“Add Staff”
b. Create an account for each tech (Role: Technician)
1. Ifusingaccesscards,scanbarcodetopopulateEmployeeID 2. Note:Technicianaccountsdonotuseanemailaddress
3. Clickon“Save”
3. Checkwithshopmanagementabouttheneedtosetupadditionalaccountsfor Estimators, Parts Managers, etc.
4. Createa“Checkout”accountfortheshop(thiswillbethedefaultloginaccountfor all PC used for checking out product)
a. From the “Staff” screen select “Add Staff”
1. Createadummyemailforloginshopnamecheckout@rsg.tools 2. Role:Technician(CheckoutOnly)
3. Setpassword,Click“Save”
a. UseDYMOLabelsoftwaretocreatealabelwithlogin credentials for Checkout account and affix label to front of the monitor
