Activities
In 2020, the company did some internal and external activities to maintain customer satisfaction through good
quality performance. Those activities were done by collaborating with KMSI, UT, Customer, Kltd, and other
company’s chains.

In FY2020, some trends of quality issues were happened, such as on Water Seal of Water Pump on Engine
6D170 Series, Oil Seal of Differential and Torqflow Assy HD785-7, Floating Seal of Final Drive HD785-7
