                     1.3 ONLINE JOINT INVESTIGATION


                  To  support  government  programs  to  reduce  the
                  potential for the spread of Covid-19 virus in company’s
                  environment,  KRA  do  restriction  of  the  number  of
                  external manpower who will come to KRA. One of them
                  is  by  limiting  the  number  of  customers  and  distributor
                  who  will  join  the  investigation  for  their  overhauled
                  component.
                  KRA perform joint investigation activities with customers
                  &  distributor  (UT)  by  using  video  conferences  (MS
                  Team  application).  The  joint  investigation  activities
                  includes :
                  Joint disassembly to check & investigate the root cause         Joint Inspection & Joint Disassmebly
                  of  the  problem  on  components  which  is  experiencing
                  problems within the warranty period.
                  Joint  inspection  to  re-check  &  ensure  the  actual
                  damage parts condition for some surcharge parts.




                     2. EXTERNAL IMPROVEMENT ACTIVITY




                      2.1 TASK FORCE TEAM (TFT) UPDATE


                 In order to support company product to the customers on
                 the  job  site,  the  company  has  developed  a  Task  Force
                 Team (TFT). The team covered some areas and job site
                 as a form of After Sales Service from the Company.

                 The activities from this project are:
                 1.  Collect  &  summarize  data  of  premature  life
                     component.
                 2.  Collect data of performance unit.                      TFT on KPP Loreh [Power Module D375A-6R –

                 4.  Observe operating unit.
                 5.  Collect and analyze abnormalities of operating unit.
                 6.  Give  suggestion  to  Customer  &  Site  (Operator
                     Checklist,   Condition Monitoring, etc).
                 7.  Collaborate with UT & Customer to solve the problem
                     as quality issue.
                 8.  Monitor  progress  of  all  activities  &  provide  some
                     recommendations.
                                                                                      TFT plan on 2020
                  In 2020, KRA have plan to do 7 times of TFT activity with UT and customers. However, some plans were
                  postponed due to Covid-19 pandemic policies. But, 2x TFT could still be done by web conference, such
                  as:
                  a.  Kalimantan  Prima  Persada  (KPP)  -  Loreh  [Power  Module  D375A-6R  –  Abnormal  steering  on  unit
                     DZ3016 (4 times) due to abnormal pitch angle sensor condition]
                  b.  Dharma Henwa – Bengalon (Transmission Assy GD825A-2 – Transmission slippage due to abnormal
                     inching operation)
