Divestiture Updates

Gulf TSA Update
The Southern Company CSS Team completed clearing
financials and voiding Gulf related accounts, orders and
related data. This completes all Southern related activi-
ties to the Customer Information System (CIS) cutover
for the Gulf Divestiture. Congratulations to the team on
a major accomplishment!

LNG TSA Update
TSA Exit for Pivotal is targeted to exit in March 2021. LNG TSA is underway to en-
sure that all the operational applications and infrastructure component will exit prior
to this date. A total of 94 services and 36 applications are on target to exit.

MPC OSC Platform

Mississippi Power Company (MPC)
Sales & Marketing organization recently made a major commitment to proceed forward
and implement a Sales & Marketing Oracle Sales Cloud (OSC) platform to align with
Georgia Power Company (GPC) and Alabama Power Company (APC). This new func-
tionality is currently deployed by GPC and APC, used to support their Commercial and
Industrial (C&I) clients. This new system will replace the incumbent system, integrating
MPC customer based information, and providing new functionality for MPC to automate
key processes around sales contacts, pipeline and opportunity management, and in-depth
reporting.

Gas Customer Data Repository

Gas Customer Data Repository (GCDR) Phase 1 supports Southern Company Gas
employees performing Marketing and Rate Case analyses for Nicor Gas, VNG, and
CGC. The Gas Customer Data Repository is a single source of truth for customer de-
mographics, program enrollments, usage, billing, and payment data that allows quick,
self-service access to an integrated data set unlike the existing siloed and normalized da-
tabases. GCDR is a product built on a modern secure platform that allows actionable in-
