                               Leader to be

                            announced soon!


        In the next edition of the PMO Connec-
        tion newsletter, we will share more
        about our new Agile Enablement Leader
        who will continue leading the PMO Ag-
        ile Enablement team in supporting
        Southern Company in achieving better
        business outcomes via systematic appli-
        cation of Agile concepts and delivery
        practices. The Agile Enablement Team’s
        top priorities are to promote awareness
        of agile values and principles, to expand
        and build upon current agile capabilities,
        and to ensure agility mindset messaging
        is consistent and repeatable.

                   Online Customer Care
         The Online Customer Care (OCC) teams
         are currently finalizing the Pre Pay One
         project for Georgia Power Company
         (GPC). This new functionality will allow
         GPC customers to keep their existing ac-
         count number if they move over to the
         new pre pay rate in 2021 and keep their
         previous account history. OCC is also
         working on phase one of Alabama Power
         Company (APC) Demand Alerts project.
         The APC Demand Alerts initiative will
         automate how APC and the customers
         enrolled in the program will be able to
         manage text and email alerts through the
         online systems.
