The PMO has kicked off four (4) new CoPs. These CoP Teams, led by
Delmer Jones and sponsored by Tiffany Woods, are paving the way toward
continuous learning across Southern Company. The time has come to expand
our membership for these CoPs. We are positioned to extend membership out-
side of the PMO, specifically to the TO Organization. We firmly believe that
active membership by the TO will bring additional benefits. We also encour-
age continued involvement from the PMO. If you have not already joined,
please consider joining one of the CoPs to support our continuous learning and growth.
