2.  For  direct  movement  of  12  Car  MMTS  rakes  from  Moulali  Gate  cabin  to  EMU  car
                   shed,instead  of  earlier  longer  path  to  Moulali  goods  cabin  and  A  cabin
                   avoidingunnecessarily  blocking  the  yard,  shifted  S7  starter  signal  and  3T  track
                   circuitupto  110mtrsfor  fouling  clearance  by  improving  CSR  duly  ensuring  sighting
                   committee  observations.  This  was  done  within  15  days  of  identification  thereby
                   achieving.

                       a.  Reduction of detentions on EMU rakes.
                       b.  Freeing MLY GC & A cabins from EMU Car movements.




















               3.  Replaced  existing  old  RDSO/SPN/165/2000  of  M/s  Amara  Raja  IPS  with  latest
                   RDSO/SPN/165/2012  specification  of  M/s  Statcon  IPS  at  Wadiaram  &Kamareddi
                   stations.

































                 (i)  Provided  total  43  Nos.  of  Thick  Web  Switch  point  layouts  with  clamp  type  point
                    machines  atAkannapet(Pt.No.24B,23B,16A,17B&18B),  Balanagar  (20B  &  25B)
                    Shadnagar (Pt.19B), Basar (Pt.No.13B,14B,7B &8B), Devarkadra (Pt.No.11B &12B),
                    Timmapur (Pt.No.23B &19B), Mahbubnagar (Pt.No.106B &102B), Budvel(Pt.No.18B),
                    Umdanagar(Pt.No.20B),Falaknuma(Pt.No.20A,20B&22B),Veldurthi(Pt.No.18B&17B),
