1. Kacheguda depot bagged awards for Best maintained Coaching Depot (C&W) with
more than 400 coach holding during 67th Railway Week Awards at PCME level.
2. Automated & Computerized Rake Test Rig commissioned at Kacheguda depot has
been awarded with best Innovation Shield at PCME level in 67th Railway Week
Awards.
3. As per instructions of CWE/SC, grounding of 13 condemned coaches were done at Car
shed MLY using 140T Crane/SC so that the released trollies are sent to workshop for
utilization in coaches undergoing POH attention and also the line is made clear for
accumulating more coaches. Out of 4 loop lines occupied initially by condemned
coaches, only 1 loop line is occupied at present with AC coaches waiting for RC items
removal. TDC to vacant this line:31.01.2023.
