                   Remark  *   The Group’s defined contribution scheme is social security contributions and provident fund contributions. The Company has
                   established a provident fund on January 1, 2013, to pay contributions to employees according to their length of service in the amount of

                          **  Other remuneration is travel expenses, accommodation expenses, telephone expenses, etc.

                   Other Remuneration for Executives
                   The company provides a provident fund and welfare such as social security contributions, premiums for accident

          insurance, life insurance, and professional insurance (professional indemnity), etc., for executives. In addition, the company
          also provides directors’ and officers’ liability insurance as mentioned above.
