- The income from space development in the regional airports (28 airports) for
commercial purposes is 78.24 million baht which is lower than the minimum target
- The operational results in the fiscal 2020 only generated income amounting to
78.24 million baht, which is lower than the maximum target by 42 million baht and did
not meet the income target of the past fiscal year (113.30 million baht), because of the
economic crisis and Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic in early 2020.

จากสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนาสายพันธุ์ใหม่ 2019 (COVID-19)
ท�าให้ผู้โดยสารเดินทางน้อยลง รวมถึงมาตรการของรัฐในการป้องกนการติดต่อของโรคดังกล่าว

ท�าให้ไม่มีผู้โดยสารใช้บริการท่าอากาศยาน ส่งผลให้ผู้ประกอบการต้องแบกรับภาระค่าเช่าไว้ ดังนั้น

กรมท่าอากาศยานจึงได้มีมาตรการเยียวยาโดยลดค่าเช่าพ้นที่ของกิจกรรมประเภทต่าง ๆ ลงถึง

ร้อยละ 50 และมีมาตรการออกมาอย่างต่อเนือง ซงอัตราค่าเช่าไม่ต�ากว่าทีกรมธนารกษ์กาหนด

ตามค�าสั่ง กรมธนารักษ์ ที่ 586/2549 สั่ง ณ วันที่ 3 พฤศจิกายน 2549 นับตั้งแต่เดือนมีนาคม
ที่ผ่านมาจนถึงสิ้นปีงบประมาณ รวมระยะเวลา 7 เดือน นับเป็นระยะเวลาเกินกว่าครึ่งปีงบประมาณ

ตามเป้าหมายในปีงบประมาณนี้
The Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic situation and the government’s
preventive measures have taken away all passengers, resulting in rental fees becoming
less affordable for stakeholders. Hence, the Department of Airports has implemented
relief measures by reducing the rental rate of space for various activities down to
50 percent and also released other measures continuously. The rental rate is not lower
than that regulated by the Treasury Department in its order No.586/2549 issued on
3 November 2006. Since the past March until the end of the fiscal year, totaling
7 months or more than half of the fiscal year, the Department of Airports has not
received income as usual, so it is an important factor that has direct impact on the
target income in this fiscal year.
