Note : In the fiscal year 2020, the Office of Public Sector Development adopted a resolution
on 22 July 2020 to not consider performance of government agencies in the evaluation according
to public sector development measures. This is because of the Coronavirus Disease 2019
(COVID-19) pandemic situation affects the forecast of operational results in the future and reflection
of probable performance. However, government agencies were requested to report their performance
evaluation with the same indicators for monitoring purpose, and identify lessons learnt in handling the
pandemic situation of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).
