The Batutas’ team can hear all the noise and it
makes them even more nervous.
They start to attack the Tiger’s goal in a calculated
fashion. Suddenly enthusiasm overcomes Robinho.
The referee blows hard on his whistle as Robinho
fouls the Tiger’s big full back.
The referee sends Robinho off for his second
offence and the Batutas supporters do not like it.
Arguments start between the supporters.
The crowd were hoarse with shouting and
chanting, supporting their favourite players. The
Batutas are feeling down. The referee whistles the
end of the first half. The scoreboard reads 1-0 for
The Tigers who are fully in command.
Cesar the school’s Sports teacher gathers them all
in a big circle.
“Ok team”, they all listened, still puffing with
exertion. “Let’s see where we are at the moment”
he starts to read from his notes. “We’ve lost one
player, the Tigers are winning. They look physically
