                        Management.

                              Proposals  that  passed  the  screening  by  the  Technical  Evaluator,
                        approved  by  the  University  Research  Council,  and  endorsed  for
                        implementation  and  the  preparation  of  professional  and  labor  contracts.
                        Those  that  are  in  line  with  the  research  and  extension  agenda  will  be
                        prioritized  for  funding  from  the  Research  Development  Extension  and
                        Training fund. Other proposals will be submitted to other funding agencies.

                       Under other Funding Agencies (Foreign Grants, Other Grants in Aid)

                          1.  Proponents must prepare capsule proposal and get endorsement from
                              the University Board and copy furnished to the office of the Research
                              Development, Extension and Training Office.
                          2.  The office of the RDET will coordinate with the funding agency, if in
                              case  the  funding  agency  is  non-government,  the  proponent  will
                              personally coordinate with the funding agency.

                          3.  Once approved for funding, the proper authorities (i.e. President, Vice-
                              president and Director for Research) will be informed if necessary, MOA
                              should be executed between the institution and funding agency.
                          4.  Funding agency release budget to the institution and deposited as trust
                              fund of the said project.

                   D. Instructional Materials

                              In recognition of the extra effort of the author/s in developing the IM,
                       the faculty shall be given 50% of the net income derived from the sales of the
                       IMs  as  royalty.  The  remaining  40%  becomes  an  income  of  the  University
                       Printing Office to be disposed according to the IGP manual of the University
                       while 10% shall go the University as administrative cost.

                   E.  Professional Development through Scholarship Program

                              Allotment of funds for the institutional scholarship is coming from the
                       GAA General fund of the University following the guidelines set by the Board.

                              For CHED scholarship grant, the faculty receive a scholarship package
                       consisting  of  tuition  fees,  monthly  living  allowance,  book  allowance,
                       transportation  assistance,  thesis/dissertation/Capstone  Project  allowance,
                       student research support fund and early completion incentive.
