FACING ADVERSITY Caused by Covid-19 Pandemic, Systemic Racism, Blacks Murdered by Police:

My motivation for facing adversity is embracing the struggle that my people go through. Knowing there’s
more people like me facing oppression causes me to work harder for people who lacking resources. I try
my hardest to join activist clubs, so I’ll continuously be fighting for a cause and be knowledgeable on
what’s happening in the world.

KEEPING YOU FAITH In God to Overcome the Adversities You Will Surely Face:

I keep my faith in God while facing adversity because I know he is working through me at all times.

Countlessly, being by our side and stepping in at our time of need I know I will succeed. Even when I take
my losses, I know there is a better door in the future, and knowing this motivates me to keep working
harder until I find the path he directly made for me.

STAYING COMMITTED TO ACHIEVEMENT Academic Success, Individual Development, and Spiritual
Growth:

What keeps me committed to achievement are my personal goals and how they will affect my peers.
With my success not only is it showing others that it is possible to accomplish your goals, but I’m making
a path for those to follow when I’m successful. The end goal is to leave behind a change in the world and
make a legacy for yourself.
