Goal #1: Housing/Services for Self-Sufficiency and Permanency

                         Expand  housing  options  and  supportive  services  to  make  Urban  Pathways’
                         resources available and accessible to those who need them most.

                         Goal #2: Evidence & Theory-Based Practices

                         interviewing, recovery-oriented services, harm reduction) as the foundation for
