Building relationships in the communities in which we are located or desire
to be located is another way we will strengthen connections and support.

This includes relationships between Urban Pathways and the communities
in which we are located as well as between the residents and the

neighborhoods in which they reside.

We are also committed to developing the DEI supply chain connection,
through which we build relationships with small businesses, and minority,
veteran, and women-owned businesses that we will use to access goods

and services.
