e aspire to be
a values-based
culture, embodying
diversity, equity,
and inclusion.
We will actively promote wellbeing, including career wellbeing, financial
wellbeing, physical wellbeing, social wellbeing, and community wellbeing.
We will help our employees decrease stress, increase resilience and
adaptability, improve job performance, contribute to strong relationships,
financial security, and opportunities to learn and grow.
Our workforce is as diverse as the individuals we serve; they, too, have been
negatively affected by America’s history of inequality. We will minimize and
mitigate these impacts by: supporting and encouraging staff to participate
in activities and opportunities for their voices to be heard; developing their
skills and competencies; ensuring fair and equitable employment practices;
and, investing in our employees’ health and wellness. We will promote
equity through unified communication and accountability systems designed
to share information and knowledge, operationalize our values and enforce
cultural norms.
These focused efforts to create a culture of inclusivity, equity and belonging
will help support our diverse staff and create a happier and healthier
organizational culture and employee experience and positively impact the
people we serve.
