           OVERVIEW


            The  2024-2029 Strategic Plan is based on contributions from
            the        Urban Pathways’ workforce, the Board of Directors, and

            external  partners  including  the  people  we  serve.  It
            incorporates  data  from  focus  groups,  interviews,  surveys,

            reports and records. This was an intentionally inclusive and
            equitable process designed to bring forth a wide diversity of

            voices  from  across  our  community  and  to  engage  our
            stakeholders.

            The  strategic  planning  process  included  the  following  key
            elements:

            •  A mission statement that identifies our purpose;
            •  A vision statement that portrays our desired future and identity;
            •  Core values that represent our agreed upon principles;
            •  Our strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (i.e., SWOT
               analysis);
            •  A description of the priorities that must be addressed through the
               Strategic Plan; and,
            •  A set of overarching and bold goals designed to close the gaps
               between where we are today and where we desire to be in the
               future.

            Following  the  Board’s  approval  of  the  Strategic  Plan,  the

            Senior  Team  and  workforce  will  identify  and  implement
            specific strategies and tactics to implement the Plan, under
            the  broad  oversight  of  the  Board  of  Directors  and  Board
            Committees.
