PROGRAMS

True leaders don’t create followers.
They create more leaders.

NOTHING MAKES US MORE EXCITED AT THE CHAMBER than to see the
enthusiasm of young professionals starting their careers in our community. We
see this investment in the future as one of our most important initiatives.
That’s why we are continuously looking for ways to provide leadership programs
for the youth and young professionals in our midst. Within this framework we hope
to ensure the next generation of business leaders is ready for the work that lies
ahead. Your membership is an investment in the future.

Leadership Paducah
This Chamber leadership development program was established in 1984. The
program is directed towards individuals who demonstrate leadership qualities and
exposes them to a variety of topics and issues to better understand our community.
This program broadens the participants’ understanding of our community dynamics
and municipal issues.

Leadership Paducah Alumni Association
The Leadership Paducah Alumni Association is the alumni organization for
Leadership Paducah. The LPAA promotes additional programs, professional
development and provides scholarships to alums for continuing education.

Youth LEAD
This program is designed to develop and prepare students for future community
leadership roles. Youth LEAD is open to high school juniors in the local schools.
The students selected spend one day each month learning about the many
aspects of life and business in our community.
