Hotel Configuration
Use the Hotel Configuration page to update informa-
tion specific to your hotel. This page also allows you to
configure basic settings for your property (can be found
under the Manage menu in choiceADVANATAGE).
Here are a few key areas to review.
Room Configuration
From this page you can:
• Edit room information
• Add a room
• Remove a room
• Configure how choiceADVANTAGE assigns rooms
at check-in
Edit Room Information
To edit the settings and information about a particular room, click the room number.
You can see the available options.
TIP: When the Rent Last option is select-
ed, that particular room will be the last
of that room type assigned. This is often
used for rooms with a poor view, are a
little smaller, or near a noisy ice machine
to reduce guest complaints.
