FACE-TO-FACE (GROUP DELIVERY):

• All printed student learning and assessment material.
• Marking of assessments.
• If required you are entitled to 1 free resit opportunity to complete the assessment.
• E-Certificate on successful completion.
• Reporting of Achievement to NZQA as required

LIVE ONLINE (GROUP DELIVERY):
Live Online learning with ITS is simple and engaging — just log in with your computer and internet connection.
Connect in real time with expert tutors via Zoom, complete assessments easily online, and enjoy full support by chat, email,
phone, or Zoom. All courses are NZQA-accredited, interactive, and designed to help your learners succeed — with timely
marking and a free re-sit if needed.
Includes:

• Provision of all online student learning and assessment material
• Marking of assessments
• Ongoing support from our tutors is available at any time through our
Student Help Desk email – support@its.ac.nz
• E-Certificate on successful completion.

CORRESPONDENCE ONLINE:
Your ākonga will feel fully supported as they work through our uniquely crafted learning packages, each built around NZQA
unit standards. Gain practical, real-world skills that are recognised and valued in workplaces and everyday life — and achieve
meaningful results alongside others on the same journey.
Includes:
• All student learning and assessment material online with 8-weeks to successfully complete
• Marking of assessments
• Support from our tutors for ākonga at any time through our Student Help Desk Email:
support@its.ac.nz
• Admin support for a school is always available on schools@its.ac.nz
• Timely marking of assessments (within three weeks) + a free re-sit of an assessment [if required]
• E-Certificate
Not included:
• Print/Pack/Post - The cost for printed course packs is $21.95 excl gst per learner per course
• Printed certificates for Individual units - $15 excl gst per certificate
