• Seaside Sally’s is the Simulated Workplace Environment (SWE) of Industry Training Solutions.
• A timeless and simple backstory: their “staff”, different “outlets”, “scenarios”, “activities”
– all to enhance experiential learning and growth of knowledge for assessment.
• Allows learners across generations to understand and learn practical & theoretical concepts & ideas.
• Complete with staff manual, workplace policies, procedures, and a full set of props to make the workplace
environment come alive.

ABOUT ST DE PIER ISLAND...
The main port of Cockle Bay, is where all the tourists from the ships use their time on
the island to visit the many small businesses that fall under the Seaside Sally’s umbrella.

These include:
• Sally’s Retail Shop - with the antique table linen, mobile shells, trinkets, gifts
and much more.

• Sally’s Cafe - this offers a variety of hot and cold foods for the tourists and
locals to enjoy, as well as a great selection of mocktails

• Having a lot of fun taking part in some of the activities at
Sally’s Adventure Park.

• The Island Discovery Train excursions allows tourists to get off the train
at different stops around the island and visit the many stunning
wonders that include:
• The lily ponds, venture into nearby bush in search of our
famous love birds
• Have a picnic at the viewing platforms and soak up the majestic
360° views
• Go to the waterfall and swimming hole
• Watch coconut gathering and enjoy fresh coconut drinks by
the seaside
