Strawberry Avocado Smoothie


             This smoothie is a great option for breakfast or an afternoon snack.

             Ingredients:                              Directions:
             - 1/2 cup milk of your choice               1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend
             - 1/2 frozen avocado                          until smooth.
             - 1 handful of frozen spinach               2. Add additional liquid if necessary to provide the
             - 1 cup frozen strawberries                   desired consistency.






              Pineapple Mango Smoothie



              Ingredients:                             Directions:
              - 1/2 cup milk of your choice              1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and
              - 1/2 frozen banana                          blend until smooth.
              - 1 handful of frozen spinach              2. Add additional liquid if necessary to provide

              - 1/2 cup frozen pineapple                   the desired consistency.
              - 1/2 cup frozen mango
              - 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
              of your choice








              Peaches and Cream Smoothie


             A smoothie the kids (and adults) will love and no one will know the extra nutritional
             surprise

             Ingredients:                              Directions:

             - 1/2 cup milk of your choice               1. Chop cauliflower in half to blend better
             - 1/2 frozen peaches                        2. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend
             - 1 banana                                    until smooth.
             - 1 handful of frozen cauliflower           3. Add additional liquid if necessary to reach the
             - 1/2 cup light vanilla greek yogurt          desired consistency.

             - 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder of
             your choice
