  Awareness  is  being  spread  through  1000  Pamphlets,  57  Flexi  Boards  &
                       Advertisement  through CCTVs regarding modes of  ticketing i.e. ATVMs/CoTVMs
                       and the “UTS ON MOBILE” App.


               Parcels:

               The revised  target for Parcel /Luggage earnings is Rs.9.14 Cr.

                     The average parcel earnings at

               Nizamabad is Rs.3.80 lakhs per Annum
               Kurnool City is Rs. 1.38 Lakhs per Annum

                     Besides these stations, other stations where parcels are being handled are

               Gadwal, Wanaparthi Road, Mahbubnagar, Jadcherla, Shadnagar, Wadiaram,
               Kamareddi, Dharmabad and Umri.



                     The target set for 2019-20  is Rs. 9.14 crores.( Rs.8.59 Cr for Parcels  &Rs. 0. 55
                       Cr for Luggage )

                     In the current year, till Nov, Rs. 4.93 Cr has been achieved as against Rs.5.47 Cr
                       during the corresponding period of last year recording a        shortfall of -10%.


               Reasons for shortfall:

               Earlier, 3 VPs were leased out by Train No.12707 ex. KCG-NZM-KCG out of which, one
               VP has been terminated on Party‟s request w.e.f. 27.08.2019.


               Action Plan:

                     VP  tender  for  train  no  12707/12708  ex-KCG-NZM-KCG  floated  on  18.10.2019
                       opened on 20.11.2019.  The same was finalized and LOA issued on 03.12.19

                     One  SLR  leasing  by  17606  KCG-MAQ  Express  (Bi-weekly)  awarded  and
                       commenced on 04.10.2019 with annual License Fee of Rs. 3.30 Lakhs.

                     In the current financial year, third tender has been floated for 17 trains/48 SLRs on
                       14.10.2019  and  opened  on  18.11.2019,  Response  received  for  Tr  No.  17652.
                       LOA issued on 15.11.19.

                     To  achieve  current  year  target  of  Rs.  9.14  Cr  the  division  will  make  consistent
                       efforts in securing new traffic and by leasing out SLRs by 17652 and 17603 (VSG
                       Block)  trains  apart  from  leasing  of  VP  by  Tr  No.  12707/12708  KCG-NZM-KCG
                       Sampark Kranthi exp. To be floated as soon as NOC is received from N.Rly.
