Salient Features of ACWP:

 Cost of the plant is 1.26 cr and AMOC cost for 5 years is Rs. 98 lakhs.
 For one rake to be washed by using ACWP, 1440 litres of fresh water and 5760 litres
of recycled water is being used whereas on manual washing 3600 litres of fresh water
is being used saving 60% of water.
 One operator per shift is required to operate the machine and one entire rake is
getting washed in duration of 15 minutes.
 The rake has to be moved at a speed of 5 to 8 KMPH for effective cleaning.
 At Kacheguda depot 132 coaches is being washed every day.

Bio tanks fitment for Coaches:

Fitment of Bio-tanks has been done in 30 CBC coaches at KCG depot by M/s JSL Lifestyle
Ltd, Noida and fitment of bio tanks in SLR coaches is also completed for 17 coaches at KCG
depot by M/s Venkateswara Agencies on 16.12.2019.

Bio-tanks

 Fitment of 156 Nos. of Fire Extinguishers at Kacheguda depot with anti-theft
arrangement in Non-AC coaches of Tr. No. 17652, 12797 & 17625.

 Switched over to generating of on line BPC through CMM for three PM trains (12785,
12797 & 17603) from the month of October at Kacheguda depot.
