TC No. 15568 one side converted to
TC No. 15568 Pure Amphenol
Harting type MU receptacles.
Purpose: Unable to utilize spare 1600 HP TCs available due to non-
Interchangeability of MU couplers
Benefits: The modification enabled shed to
a) Utilize the spare 1600 HP TCs for service with varied MU couplers.
b) Increased availability of DEMU coaches for service.
Cost: 3 Man days.
