executed under the guidance of GM/SCR, PCE/SC and DRM/HYB.

 Following works were involved

1. Demolition of Existing fins
2. Cutting and clearing of Reinforcement.
3. Erection of frame work for glazing and ACP paneling.
4. Grouting of support plates to existing floors.
5. Provision of Façade glass
6. Erection of ACP frame work.

Improved Façade of Rail Nilayam Building

 Renovation of CCTV room Inside Zonal Security Control room in Ground Floor
of Rail Nilayam

Rail Nilayam building is equipped with Zonal Security Control room in ground floor ‘A’
block for ensuring the security of the whole building. For enhancing the security and proper
surveillance, the existing security room has been strengthened with Integrated Video
surveillance system (CCTV room) inside the Zonal Security Control room. This will enhance
the surveillance system ensuring safety. RE room near the Zonal security Control room has
been renovated and converted into CCTV room duly enhancing the basic amenities with
better ambiance for the existing surveillance system.

The following work has been taken up.

1. Mosaic Flooring has been replaced with Vitrified Flooring.
2. Gypsum Board False Ceiling with Energy Efficient LED luminaries.
3. 2T Cassette AC’s - 2 Nos
4. UPVC windows and Modular Doors.
5. Glass partition cubical provided for Server room.
6. Walls finished with Birla putty.
7. CCTV Cameras – 52 Nos
8. LED TV Displays - 4 Nos ( 2 Nos provided by HYB Division and 2 Nos by Railtel)
9. Furniture Work Stations -6 Nos, Staff Chairs – 5 Nos, Supervisor Chair – 1 Nos, Sofa Set – 1
