commissioned at Hyderabad Bhavan (Make: Tadiran, Model: AEONIX IP Server, No.
of Ports: 300 and 40 IP endpoint licenses).

17. On 27.11.2020, IP Based Unified Communication Exchange has been
commissioned at Sr. DME /DSL/MLY office. (Make: Tadiran, Model: AEONIX IP
Server & No. of Ports: 192).

18. Total 17 nos. of CO 2 based Fire extinguishers have been provided at Test
Room/Hyderabad Bhavan, SSE/Tele/CTO/HYB‟s Chamber, GM Residence, Cable
Room/ORH, S&T Room/Lekha Bhavan, KCG UPS Room, UR station, SHNR
equipment room, BABR equipment room, GWD station, PDO OFC Hut, KRNT station,
VDI station, NZB station, ART/NZB, BSX station & UMRI station.

19. 343 New NIC Mail IDs created for mechanical department Workshop / LGD, S&T
Depot / Secunderabad Division, CWM/S&T Workshop, Stores Department, Electrical
Department, Accounts Department/RN, Operating Department / RN, Engineering
Department / SC Division, Engineering Construction Department / GNR Division,
ZRTI / MLY for official communication and GeM registrations.

20. 30 Nos. of Video Surveillance Cameras (29 Fixed & 01 PTZ) with 55” monitors (02
Nos.) has been provided at KRNT station by RailTel on 02.02.2021. ( under VSS
Project)
